At Infinium, we know how important it is for your loved one to remain independent and at home in familiar surroundings. We provide 1:1 nursing care by Registered Nurses (RN’s) and/or License Practical Nurses (LPN’s) who receive specialized training consistent with the care required in the home. We will work with your family to make transitions from hospital to home as easy as possible.

Infusion Therapy

At Infinium, we offer infusion services in your home to limit time traveling to and from hospitals or infusion centers, decreasing risk of exposure to infection. Our nurses are specially trained in the following:

with Our "Family Connect" Software

Our software and mobile app make it easy to view your loved one’s schedule. You can see where changes are made, safely identify your nurse, and read nursing notes to keep you abreast of their progress. Our “Family Connect” allows you to communicate directly with your nurse via email without sharing your personal email address. Our software keeps your nurse on a timely schedule, as we are notified within 5 minutes if your nurse has not clocked in.
